You can now rickroll people in Call of Duty: Warzone

Yes, now you can rickroll in Call of Duty: Warzone as Rick Astley‘s “Never Going To Give You Up” has been added to the battle pass.

Call of Duty recently added new songs to the game as vehicle tracks in the new season. These tracks are songs that play whenever you drive a vehicle. For that, you have to assign the tracks to the vehicle you want to play it in.

All the 9 new songs added to the battle pass are from the 80s, the timeline in which Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War takes place. The tracks are categorized as 80’s Hip Hop, 80’s Rock & 80’s Hits.

Here’s a list of the recently added tracks:

  • Run DMC – It’s Tricky
  • Salt-N-Pepa – Push It
  • The Sugarhill Gang – Rapper’s Delight
  • Twisted Sister – I Wanna Rock
  • Warrant – Cherry Pie
  • Tears for Fears – Shout
  • A Flock of Seagulls – I Ran
  • A-Ha – Take On Me

As you can see, one of these tracks is “Never Going To Give You Up” by Rick Astley.

Now’s the time to rickroll friendlies and enemies. One way to do it is, when they fall you can rickroll them with the track in your vehicle.

In case you didn’t know, rickrolling is a popular internet trend & meme which usually is used in a bait & switch method to prank people where the 80s song “Never Going To Give You Up” by Rick Astley starts playing unexpectedly.

We also saw the recreation of the Coffin dance meme in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies.

If you want to rickroll someone, we suggest you to start playing now as you will have to grind and reach tier 94 on your battle pass to unlock the rickroll track.

Also another great addition to the game is Take On Me by A-Ha, which was also featured in this year’s release, The Last of Us Part 2.

The game has featured music of many popular artists, such as DMX, Tiësto & Skrillex. Rick Astley’s “Never Going To Give You Up” will also probably end up being one of  the favourites.
