Xbox might have unannounced games releasing in 2021
The Xbox Director of Program Management appeared on the Iron Lords podcast recently where he was asked questions about the Xbox consoles, Xcloud and more.
When asked what games he is looking forward to this year, Jason Ronald, Xbox Director of Program Management replied saying, “not every game releasing this year has been announced yet.” After this statement many are speculating what could be one of these unannounced games.
Could we expect more Xbox announcements anytime soon? With Microsoft’s acquisition of ZeniMax Media projected to finish by the second half of 2021 and this statement seeing a announcement about a new game come out from Xbox won’t be a big surprise.
A reddit discussion regarding the same has took off and many are speculating games like Forza Horizon 5 and Wolfenstein.
When asked about which aspect of Xbox Series X will have the most impact on new games he said, “we’re just scratching the surface of what’s actually possible with these next-generation consoles”. He also said, “I’ve seen lots of things internally that I’m very excited for everybody to see later this year.” This again makes you think what could it be that he’s talking about.
Such a statement coming from a director at Xbox certainly is some kind of teaser and It’ll be really interesting to see what the game is.
