Steam Game Festival kicks-off this week

It’s time for indie game fans to cheer as the Steam Game Festival will kick-off this week. The event will start on February  03, 2021 i.e. Wednesday and will go on till February 09 i.e. Tuesday.  It will bring playable demos for more than 500 new upcoming indie games to the platform for those of us that are interested in trying out new indie games.

Steam Game Festival is a celebration where fans can try out demos for upcoming games on and learn more about them. Steam recently shared a trailer for the same on YouTube 

You can expect demos of some of the most anticipated indie games during the festival. Some of the big titles are The Riftbreaker from Exor Studios, Hazel Sky from Coffee Addict Studios, Bloodroots from Paper Cult, Blunt Force Monad Rock and Children of Silentown from Elf Games & Luna2 Studio.

The festival also includes Narita boy, a retro pixel adventure game by Studio Koba that not only appeals to 80s gamers, but also modern day gamers. It arguably might be one of the most anticipated games from the festival.

The Steam Game festival will be a great opportunity for fans to try out their favorite upcoming indie titles before actually buying them. 

Games that are due to release in the first half of 2021 will be featured in this February edition of the Steam Game festival while those that will be releasing in the second half will be seen in the next Steam Festival planned for June 2021.
