Quantic Dream could be working on a new Star Wars game, according to rumors

A French YouTuber who goes by the name ‘Gautoz’ claims that Quantic Dream is working on a Star Wars game and has signed a deal with Disney as its contract with Sony has ended.

Popular video game leaker Tom Henderson also hinted at the same recently by sharing these tweet.

When Lucasfilm partnered with Ubisoft earlier this year to work on a new open-world game Star Wars game.

“EA has been and will continue to be a very strategic and important partner for us now and going forward,” Sean Shoptaw, senior vice president of Global Games and Interactive Experiences at Disney, told WIRED. “But we did feel like there’s room for others.

Quantic Dream is the publisher behind games such as Detroit: Become Human, Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls, etc.

If these rumors are true indeed, we might be seeing a Star Wars game developed with a different perspective altogether.
