Noble Esports sign a South Asian Valorant lineup featuring Simar “psy” Sethi

Noble, a North American Multi-Gaming esports organization has signed a new Valorant team to compete in the South Asian region featuring well known Indian professional player and streamer Simar “psy” Sethi.

The announcement was made via Noble esports’ Instagram post, sharing an introduction video.

“Welcome our South Asia Valorant team to the Noble family. This team has no weaknesses and we are confident we can win titles with this amazing roster.” – Noble, via Instagram post.

The line-up consists of majority Indian players and one Sri Lankan player.

The roster will be playing under the leadership of Simar “psy” Sethi, an ex-CSGO professional player who recently announced his switch to Valorant esports.

Simar has played under well known teams like Entity and Brutality throughout his tenure.

The roster will also feature the former Phoenix Esports duo of Tejas “Rexy” Kotian and Rahul “t1to” Sridhar alongside Harsh “Harsh” Arora and Shakir “hikka” Razak. Harsh and hikka are both former Counter Strike players too, the latter being from Sri Lanka.  

Hikka is the second MVP for TEC Valorant Challenger series with a staggering 2.21 KDR.

Noble had also recently signed the Lemonade Stand Valorant roster to compete in the NA region.

The South Asian Valorant roster for Noble is as follows,

  • Simar “psy” Sethi [Team Captain]
  • Tejas “Rexy” Kotian
  • Rahul “t1to” Sridhar
  • Harsh “Harsh” Arora
  • Shakir “hikka” Razak

With the experience of Simar Sethi and fragging firepower of hikka and others, this squad looks set for success.

Noble also announced, Anshuman “Ronin” Dash as their Head of Operations for the South Asian region.

It’ll be interesting to see how this newly signed Valorant squad fares against the predominant Velocity Gaming.

In recent months, the Indian Valorant esports scene has flourished a lot. With big signings like Velocity Gaming and now Noble esports, the Indian esports scene looks very promising.
