Klee banner for Genshin Impact starts today
After several online leaks, it’s finally confirmed that the Klee banner is coming to Genshin Impact.
Developer miHoYo announced the new banner event via Twitter.

The ‘Sparkling Steps’ is a limited time banner that will feature Klee and span from October 20 to November 11. Klee is just one of the many characters coming to the game. The ‘Epitome Invocation Weapon’ banner will also release with the Sparking Steps banner.
Both banners will end with the release of the game’s patch 1.1 update i.e. on November 11.
Klee is a 5 star female character from Mondstadt that is a Pyro and uses a catalyst as a weapon.
The rules for Klee’s banner will be the same. You will get a guaranteed 5 star at 90 wishes, with a 50% chance of it being Klee. And if you do another 90 wishes after that, your next five star will be Klee 100% guaranteed.
Similar yet better odds will apply for the four star characters featured in the banner. For every 10 wishes you are guaranteed at least one four-star and there’s a 50% chance of it being a Xingqiu, Sucrose, Noelle or other existing characters. You can even receive a five or four star character before the pity counters.
Genshin Impact is a free to play multiplatform open-world action RPG developed and published by miHoYo. The game is set in a fantasy world that features different characters with unique traits such as vision and weapons.
Thanks to the game’s gacha monetization its entire marketing and development budget was recouped within days. The game was so well received that players had already started spending money right from day one. The game had an incredible launch grossing $100 million in just twelve days. The game probably is miYoHo’s biggest success so far.
miYoHo, the developer company was founded in 2012 by three graduate students that had a shared passion for anime, comics and gaming. The developer had first published FlyMe2theMoon in 2011 as an indie developer. miYoHo is reportedly also developing its own proprietary rendering technology.
