Formula 1 and NASCAR content is coming to Rocket League in Season 3

Good news for Rocket League fans! The “high octane” season 3 of Rocket League will see licensed content from NASCAR & Formula 1 added to the game.

Players, start your engines! Rocket League Season 3 is fueled up and ready to roll on April 7! Get ready for the most high-octane season yet, featuring a new Rocket Pass, Challenges, and content from NASCAR and Formula 1 coming in May!”, says developer Psyonix.

The new season will bring a new Rocket Pass, new cars, a new stadium, 70+ tiers of items and more.

The Pass will offer a new vehicle, Tyranno, a muscle car chassis. You will also see a new arena called DFH Stadium(Circuit) included in the casual and competitive playlists. DFH Stadium(Circuit) is a redesigned version of the DFH Stadium and includes a track. Licensed content from NASCAR & Formula 1 will be included to the game in May.

Rocket League Season 3 is going live on April 7 and will go on till July 21. A game update is scheduled for April 6 which will get the game set up for the new season.

Rocket League is also working on bringing a new 2D game called “Rocket League Sideswipe” to mobile platforms, iOS and Android. The game provides 1v2 and 2v2 game modes.

The game will be releasing this year and will be Free to play.
