EA Play will be added to Xbox Game Pass on November 10
Xbox had made it public that it will be adding EA Play to its Xbox Game Pass subscription based service this holiday season.

Xbox recently announced an actual date for the new addition, which is November 10. EA Play will be coming to the console version of its Xbox Game Pass Ultimate alongside the new next-gen consoles, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S for no additional cost.
Note: Only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate($14.99 per month) subscribers will get access to EA Play.
Microsoft also said that it will bring EA Play to the PC version of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in the beginning of December. This means from this December all users that either own the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC subscribtion will be able to download and play games more than 60 EA games such as Need for Speed Heat, The Sims, Mass Effect, FIFA and more, from EA Play’s basic subscription library. You will be able to play some of EA’s games on Android devices using Xbox’s Cloud streaming service.
You cannot play games from EA Play Pro subscription with the basic EA Play subscription you will get with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. EA doesn’t offer it’s latest titles to EA Play right away, which means, you won’t be able to play FIFA 21, Star Wars: Squadrons or Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order with the basic EA Play suscription. Still you can expect those games to join EA Play later.
You should note that Xbox Game Pass for Console does not include EA Play. You will need to buy a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription to play the EA titles via EA Play.
EA Play members who join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will have their EA Play subscription automatically canceled and the remaining time will be converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Refer the FAQ section on their site for exact conversions and other details .
Xbox also confirmed that Bethesda’s franchise and future games will be coming to Xbox Game Pass. Also, ‘Doom Eternal’ is coming to Xbox Game Pass on October 1 and for PC later this year. This is all possible only because of the recent ZeniMax Media acquisition.
Xbox is looking stronger than ever, buying a Xbox next-gen console looks totally worth it with the addition of all these games. It’ll be interesting to see what steps PlayStation takes to retain hold onto it’s audience.
