Another Resident Evil Re:Verse beta is now live

The third beta test for Resident Evil’s multiplayer shooter ‘Resident Evil Re:Verse‘ is now live. The beta went live on April 20, 23:00 (PDT) and will go on till April 21 22:59 (PDT).

The beta is available for everyone that downloads the game from the store. You will need a CAPCOM ID to play the game. You can register and create one for FREE if you don’t already have one.

Re:Verse is a multiplayer shooter game based on the Resident Evil franchise. The game sees popular characters from the franchise go head to head in a “fight to death”. Re:Verse basically is a six-person deathmatch game where you battle the other five to achieve the best score in given time.

The best part is that you can play as heroes and villains from the franchise’s various titles, for instance you can play as Leon, Claire, Jill Valentine, Nemesis, etc.

The game is bundled with If you have pre-purchased Resident Evil Village, you will be able to play Resident Evil Re:Verse once Resident Evil Village launches on May 7.

So far the reviews have been quite critical. Fans of the franchise aren’t happy with the game. Some have complained about it not being a good shooter, others are saying that the game is boring. But it’s not all bad, there are also a few who enjoyed the game.

You should try out the game on your own to see if that’s something you will be interested in playing. You can play the beta till April 21 22:59 (PDT) i.e. April 22 10:30 AM IST. You can try out the beta on PC here.

You might face occasional server maintenance downtimes and longer matchmaking queues as the game is still in beta.
